"Although our season did not play in 2010, in any form so that we would all like to have the opportunity, Jason Garrett under pressure and in stressful situations that come with being an NFL coach to evaluate."

The Dallas Cowboys started the season with the hope, always the first team in the Super Bowl and play in their stadium, finished with its worst since 2004. Dallas lost three since Garrett as interim coach were by a combined seven points against the New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals.

Garrett, who won two Super Bowls with Dallas as a back-up in the Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman 1993-1999 is the first former Cowboy coach be.

"I was lucky enough to teams that went to the leader of the National Football League," said Garrett, the eighth head coach franchise. "We work very hard every day to try to get back to that level."
